Hello,
You may or may not know me but I'm a bounty hunter who works in Liberty and has been doing so for a loooooong time. Just tonight I was hunting around when a cardi smuggler pops on by. I call a navy gb to set up an ambush.

the gunboat did so but the smuggler still got away. he went for manhattan.

I told him not to dock, but guess what, he did. (are you suprised, Im sure you are!)

And to top that little stunt off, I ambushed his sorry arse in Magalan. he then ran back to California and docked... on San Diego. yessir. right proper docking clearances this man has.

That's the second time this particular individual has crossed my desk over the last week - two times too many, if you ask me.
I've amended his entry in the Criminal Database to reflect his current status as a repeat offender, and I'll be filing a request to get his docking rights revoked on any base where we've got the authority to do so ASAP. We'll have to wait and see if we've got sufficient evidence to get it approved, though - I'll keep you updated on how it goes.
