To Doctor Holiday and The Leadership of the OSI - DarthBindo - 05-10-2012 Buon giorno, Honoured Signori y Signora. I am contacting you about recent events within Omega-49. More specifically, I've recieved intelligence about two newly constructed bases within that system. Now, whilst I've more than appreciated the OSI's attempt to develop their space with Nichols, a station I've had cause to visit and enjoy, these Guildsmen building in your space are not Zoners, are not Junkers, are also not freelancers, and are certainly not friends. To be fully truthful, they are the enemy, and I think I would not be too bold as to assume that they would not mind allowing Mollys and Hessians to stage off aforementioned bases, and to take from them such victual and supplies as they would offer. I've taken the liberty of dispatching a small wing (a cruiser with fighter escort, nothing serious) to test the defense of these stations in preperation of a full report to El Presidente Buonocore. I hope that you will calm any tensions that may or may not be caused by the arrival of what amounts to a de facto Corsair war fleet, small as it may be, on your doorstep, firing mortars at these bases, and possibly doing some damage. I also hope that, in preperation for my arrival, you would perhaps be prescient enough to inform those who need informing, those who might take offense at my seemingly errant assault on mining bases, and whose sense of honour might result in their taking offensive actions.
