Gentlemen, of the FTU and Reaper17 divisions,
I am writing this after having received some concerns of some of the Zoner factions inhabiting Omega 49. While it is not my perogative to dictate to other guild factions where they can and cannot proceed with establishing themselves, I will stipulate however, that Omega 49 is a system that, while politically largely Zoner influenced, is militarily dominated by Corsairs. These are not systems like Omega 7 and Tau 23, where the Guild can have a rapid response force to delay any dedicated attack until assistance arrives. No, gentlemen, in Omega 49 you are on your own. Had you contacted us before you planned to establish yourselves we could have dissuaded you, or offered you a better, alternative location.
That you also did not consult the inhabitants of the Omega 49 system prior to moving in is a problem. I would recommend you to make a gesture to appease them - how you do so is something you'll need to decide for yourselves. I wager the bulk of your operations are being supplied from Gran Canaria - if they deny you docking rights there, citing Corsair threats, your options would quickly become limited. If you choose to relocate your operations in light of this, we can see about assisting you to do so. If you choose to remain... ask yourselves if, between angry Corsairs and an annoyed Zoner population, Omega 49 is really the best place to be.
