I hope this message reaches the correct desk. I come to you with a request... No... a proposal.
Recently we Temporary Autonomous Zoners have acquired some new assets that give us the possibility to move large amounts of materials in a short amount of time and I assume that it is also beneficial for Bretonian economy if it has more export, no?
Therefor I would like to have your permission to survey some locations in Bretonia space with one of our Corvo exploration cruisers to give us the possibility to jump there with an Aquilon class carrier and a barge.
Of course it speaks for itself that neither of these ships will wander about in your house, our intentions are simple. Jump in, ferry all the materials we need from Bretonian stations to our barge and jump out again.
In my opinion this will be mutually beneficial for the both of us. We can easily get the top quality materials we need and at the same time the Bretonian economy will get a nice little, hmm... what's the word boots? Or was it boost? ... My apologies, i'm still catching on to all the different languages.

No matter how much humanity you see inside your request, and how much you think there would be a benefit for both of us, if we came to an agreement.
I don't want to see your cruisers inside of Bretonia, and of course either Aquilon class ships.
Of course, we do want to export the materials we produce, but as you know, or don't know, we will not permit any usage of cruiser class and above vessels in our space. Not permanently. Or... well, just no.
