Why are there no people of African descent in Sirius? It doesn't make sense to me. Can someone provide me with an answer? What can be done about this?

I'm guessing they were all wiped out in the Alliance-Coalition war, or even earlier. They wouldn't have been able to get enough resources to be able to construct many ships at all, let alone their own sleeper ship.

I think it is just the job of lack of time/laziness/whatever of the original devs
