Greetings my friends,
Now before i get to the point i know that this message may come as a shock to you and your people. We Reapers where once seen as the enemy of your people and we are guilty of the destruction of many of your ships, for this i am truly sorry. Times dictated what we had to do, and at that time we had no other choice but to follow the Outcasts and their ways. But we have changed now and we are no longer one with the Maltese people, and i show myself today infront of you not as an Enemy but hopefully as a friend.
Since our Departure from the Outcast people friends have been lacking and enemies have grown. We find ourselves in a predicament that if not solved quickly it may mean the demise of me and my people. Which is what brings me here today. I wish for us to put our pasts behind us and for us to gain new friendships in the days to come.
I know that you may be weary of such an offer from ones such as ourselves, we have been misunderstood many times in the past and that is the fault of our own actions not of outside opinions. It is time we rectify that mistake and begin creating new Alliances and new Friendships in this battered space.
So i humbly request that you consider our hand in friendship. To strengthen our people, To Stand united and to ensure our survival in the future.

Gentlemen,
Your message is indeed surprising. Our records have your organization marked as one heavily involved with the Maltese raiders, and assumed to be a part of them. You say you have changed. I must admit to have some reservations about simply taking your word for it. Something that changes, can change again - and in doing so become unpredictable, and dangerous.
Yet if you are sincere, then I see no reason for us to be enemies. The Guild tends to judge by action. We have not had much contact with your raiders over the past months, although I have some vague references to some of your ships being seen in the Omega region. Your actions will determine how you are seen. We are generally welcoming to those who don't hinder our efforts to try and provide fair labor to the men and women in the Guild.
If you seek friendship, then considering your past, your people will need to prove your intentions are friendly. It is not impossible, but it will require more then word alone.

Good day Guildmaster Sanders, I will speak on behalf of Reapers of Sirius.
As for the Reaper's past, it is all true. We have been heavily involved in raiding operations including attacks on your mining fields. I personally was not around back then to witness it, I had joined after the exodus from Malta during which our leaders decided to repair the mistakes of our past. Lohingren offered me and many others shelter, chances for retribution and both in some cases. As I have risen to rank of Angel, I have been actively involved in actions across the Omega systems against pirates plaguing Omega's border worlds.
Why the sudden change you may ask yourselves? Perhaps morality hit us, forcing this change. I myself was a Zoner before all this until twists of fate took away my chance for a normal life. The Reapers arrived fending off opressors, giving a fighting chance to regain control of my own way and many others seeking salvation. There are many other personnel, of Maltesan blood that still hold the majority of our roster. Though our numbers have increased and become more diverse accepting everyone willing to follow the new Reaper ideology, from any colony in Sirius without prejudice.
I have been flying alongside your members, both overtly and undercover posing as a freelancer gaining your priceless trust. I have myself escorted Mara Arin out from the battlefield of Omicron Gamma in one piece. I have flew alongside Lost Star for a while and assisting your convoys whenever I was able to respond, same for my wingmen in range. IMG gives a fair chance to every miner, proving them you value human life as irreplaceable like we do. You judge by action therefore include my support to IMG logistic and paramilitary wings. I will be waiting for your answer.

Konnichiwa, I am Guild Master Ogawa. Please excuse us for the delay of our responce, however the First Guild Master was recently very busy with other subjects.
The Independent Miners Guild is willing to give you a chance to prove that you have changed. Afterall trust and friendship cannot be truly earned overnight but require time and work from both sides. Personally I believe that won't be difficult considering how well Mr Golanska knows about us by accurately describing the value that the Guild places on human lives and labour.
However, I should admit that we have very little knowledge about your organisation. Therefore we would like to ask you the diplomacy you have with other entities in the Omegas namely the Kingdom of Bretonia, the Bundesrepublik of Rheinland, the Red Hessians, the Corsairs, the Coalition and the infested and alien forces.
Learning about you will be important for strengthening the bonds between your organisation and the Guild. I am eagerly waiting your reply.

Good day Mr Ogawa, thank you for your respond.
I will tell you about our relations as you requested. Kingdom of Bretonia is set as friendly and we intend to keep good relations with their representatives. Rheinland Republic is neutral due to no official arrangements between Braillian and Rheinland government, which may change in future towards friendly relation at some point. Coalition is considered extremely hostile, having history of conflicts between our two factions. As for Hessians and Corsairs, they both fall under unfriendly due to their nature of pirates and raiders within our operational area. We are damaging their military and raiding operations against other groups and specifically civilians as we are committed to protect those. Nomads, or Spirits as some of us call the aliens are considered unfriendly at best. While we currently are unable to put any significant fight against this alien entity, we are not blind and will protect those who will come under fire from Nomads. If there are any further questions, I will be happy to answer those.
