Greetings my friends,

I show myself to you now not as a Soldier, Not as a Leader but as a Father, Not of blood but the Father of his people, The Father of his friends, and the role model of many. Much like yourself infact. Which is what brings me here today. In the past i am sure you have been faced with many hardships, with many foes and many ordeals. I hope that you can understand the plea i am about to make and consider this offer.

I find myself right now with a similar problem, We are are a new 'nation', Our economy still grows and we are still struggling to create a foothold within our region. After our departure from Malta we have found our selves with more Enemies and less Friends. We have brought this upon ourselves believing we could achieve our goals of peace within the Omicrons and Omegas by ourselves. But alas this is not the case, we find ourselves with more men dying and less joining. Our words do not reach the Majority and inturn reach the few. Our pleas for peace and unity fall on deaf ears. It is time that we expand our relations, Seek friendship and help from others who may see the same future we see.

So i humbly request that you consider our hand in friendship. To strengthen our people, To Stand united and to ensure our survival in the future.

It would seem i did not make my own words clear Admiral, My original message to her majesty and her men clearly stated my motives and it also clearly stated what brings me to this rather uncitely situation.

I do not mix my words Admiral and i do not fool around, It was with the utmost respect i offered to send one of my most trusted men to your very doorstep. Would i hand you one of my officers if i had cruel intentions Admiral? Would i send you a man of great worth to me to his very death if i where to go back on my word.

No Admiral, You have not thought your message through well at all. Though you are only looking out for the benefit of your people which i respect. But such unfriendlyness to a man offering his arm? Is that the way of her Majesties people?

Very well let me put it in a childs language for you. We wish for a trade and military alliance between our people. If you and your people are in need of support we shall aid you, If your people are in need of supplies that we can offer, We shall aid you. All we ask is the same in return.

We will not ask for any of your weapons, nor any of your ships we have plenty of our own and we ask you do not ask the same.

We ask for Equality Lord Hamilton, now i appologize if my tone sounds rather insulting, it is not meant to be i just feel my intentions where clearly stated before. But like i said you are just looking out for your people.

I respect that.

So well. Alright. I don't see any objections to your request so far, so you are granted to send an ambassador to Bretonia. As soon as he arrives, he can contact Vice Admiral Davis or Vice Admiral Sir Piett, they will be in direct contact with your ambassador, and will make him familiar with the bretonian way of life.

I have to mention:

Since you ask for equality, we will of course also treat you equally in regards to the bretonian charter of interstellar law, which you are required to obey in every way.

Excellent Admiral i am pleased you have accepted the offer and are willing to carry on with this.

And ofcourse your laws will be treated as our own, We will uphold them to the letter. Do not worry of this, our origin may be questionable but we understand the need for such Regulations.

I shall send my Ambassador out to you straight away, His name is Juan Zavala. I shall let him introduce himself in due time. I am sure he will be a very pleasant man to talk with.

He is however of Maltese origin so i would like to ask he carry a small supplement of Cardamine on his craft purely for his own use. However if you wish to proscribe him some instead that would also be Acceptable.

Hopefully the next time we speak Lord Hamilton it will be as allies and not aquantances. Have a pleasant day

I was forwarded here by Minister Lohingren to speak on behalf of the Reapers. I am sorry to say that SeÃ±or Zavala, the original Ambassador that was supposed to handle the negotiations, is unable to make it to Bretonia in time. Therefore, I will take his place.

I hope that this change in personas doesnt bother you, Admiral. I assure you, I will follow the laws of Your Majesty as they were my own. I am looking forward to getting to know the Bretonian way of life since I havent been in that part of Sirius before. I trust that my stay wont cause too much hassle and I will do my best not to burden your men during it.
