Greetings.
Today at roughly 04:40 GMT+2 Manhattan time I was a part of a small patrol with Jason Hudson from the 36th wing. We already did note this new [UMT] group a few times in the last week, all of them IMG tagged vessels with various ship types, mostly ore transports with escorts.
Today, however, we had to intercept one of their convoys because of this:

Upon trying to interact with the pilot, he started to flee. Once we disrupted him, they instantly opened fire.
Hudson took care of him.
Needless to say, this does not look good. I will leave this information in your capable hands.

If this individual is seen in future, then make an effort to bring him (and any other members of this group carrying nomad materials) in for questioning. If they prove less than willing (as I suspect) then use any means necessary to bring them in.
To any IMG officials, if they fall under your command, please persuade them to hand themselves over to into the custody of a Liberty official, be it LSF, LN, or LPI.
Should he prove to be unwilling to turn himself in to our custody, and escapes, we will revoke docking rights for that individual. If the problem appears to be widespread throughout the group, then they will all be expelled from the Republic of Liberty.

firstly the Guild apologizes for the delayed answer. Some data loss in the main central relay hub may have caused it.
The Guildmastery states that the UMT is an entirely independent branch of the IMG that follows their own policies and diplomacy. The main Guild generally does not get involved with their actions.
About the weapon scans: The Guild does not own Nomad weaponry, nor would they mount it on their ships if they did. The knowledge about these weapons is limited to the Omega branch where terrorists known as "Das Wilde" sometimes fields weapons like these on mostly Rheinland ships. That's all that the Tech Department told me.
The Omega branch of the IMG| however asked me to relay a warning to you: these weapons are reported to cause terrible damage, so in case your pilots attempt an arrest, flight crews should be aware of the involved dangers.
If the Guild sees the ship in question, its commander will be told to report to the Liberty Navy or the Liberty Police for questioning.
Good luck in solving that mysterious case.
