Up until now, the Independent Neural Net Department of Sirius has held a decidedly neutral stance in the affairs surrounding Bonn Station. One that has, I am told, placed extreme strain upon the coffers of the Bundsbank, and upon the Bundstag itself.
A Collapsing Rhienlandic economy would serve no one, but neither would acquiesing to the demands of a Libertonian Corporation in a time of war.
We can see the conundrum that you have been placed in.
What I am proposing is a simple transfer of debt. A group of individuals on the IND board have sufficient enough liquid finances to float a loan to the Rhienlandic Government in its time of need. Enough to stabilize you for a period of one month, at a nominal interest rate, one far fairer than the IC offered to you.
We, you ask, is the catch?
Ah, Chancellor, we are fair businessmen, after all. We ask only for unrestricted shipping rights in Rhienland, matching conditions to your own corporations. A small thing to ask, and again I hear you asking what is the catch?
In exchange, we will give you the means to stay afloat. If the Rheinland Economy collapses, I stand to loose a small fortune as it is, so I'd rather you accept the loan, and stay solvent a little while longer. I am... buying you time.
Please let us know quickly, and we can make sure the funds are available immediately. We wouldn't want any school or hospital closures on our conscience.
