My name is Guild Master Takeshi Ogawa and I am contacting you on behalf of the Guild. Perhaps you remember the previous time that the Guild spoke to your corporation where we established bonds of friendship and co-operation.

With the recent breakthroughs in technology, we believe the Kishiro as a leader in this field is planning to supply the market with their technological achievements. The Guild would like to propose to the Kishiro Technologies a partnership in establishing a space station which will serve as a large factory and produce these new devices. I should also mention that we are unaware if you are already involved in a such endeavour.

Kishiro Technologies is keen to work with all groups in good standing with Kusari. We do have some involvement with base projects, with the KNF and the GMG. However, there is always room to grow this line of business.

I am interested in hearing more about your proposal. Are you looking to Kishiro to be an investor in this base project, or as a supplier of goods?

The Guild proposes nothing less than a partnership with your corporation. All parties involved in this project will equally be responsible to bring the required supplies for the base construction/device construction , defence of the station and combining our technological expertize. Subsequently, the more a faction is involved in this project, the larger share of the profits generated from the sale of the devices is going to have.

We believe that the current market is very competitive to allow companies to work by themselves. What is needed is co-operation and partnership in order to be successful. For that reason, we have also invited Ageira Technologies to participate.
