1. What is the location where we will aquire said commodity?
2. What is the price of the ore?

I suppose the price of 10,500c is a selling one which we will get in Bretonia - what I am asking for is a price you are going to sell the ore. Also I asume you will be placing the ore on somekind of depot which we will be able to moore with and take the cargo off?
Or this will be a typical mining operation with haulers comming to collect the ore directly from miners on the site?

Well this will make things much harder. Getting a ship going to your location as soon as you arrive in the mining field might be a problem. We are currently occupied with few contracts that state clearly when can we pick up the cargo , the quantity of it , the destination and more details that are key for organising convoys. We cannot promise you that our ships will be operating in the area or/and will be available to carry your ore when we can't make proper preperations and planning. We will open our private frequences for your miners so you can contact us in space about possible cargo waiting to be picked up althouth I can't promise you that asked pilot will have time to actualy help you.

Also the 50/50 share seems more or less fair although we are getting much better prices for other mining corporations...some are event down to 30/70 which means we would like to propose you a price of 35/65 - if ore price would be 10,500c per unit we would buy it from your miners for price of 3675 per unit. That should be enough to cover the costs of getting via open space to your location. Also the area you have picked for mining is known for it's Rogues presence and we need to take that into consideration , what makes the price as mentioned.

Consider this as a base for future contract - negotiations are possible although these terms are , as we believe , fair.
