I understand there has been a bit of a disagreement concerning our barges. These have always been law abiding vessels and we want nothing more than to cooperate with the government. Please let me know what needs to be done to register these vessels properly and return them to good standing within Rheinland.

This is most disappointing. I was told by some senior Rheinland officials that there was a great desire to resolve this matter quickly. I wonder now if those individuals were misinformed.
