Lets say there are some LSF, SA, and LPI forces in new york. Lets also say a corsair and an Outcast are also in new york. Can the Outcast and corsair ally together to help fight?

At what point can enemies become allies?

The Outcasts would ally with Liberty before allying with Corsairs. They hate the Corsairs with the burning hatred of 1000 suns, whereas they only hate the Houses with the burning hatred of 100 suns. Also, why would members of the Southern Navy of Liberty be in a Northern system?

Uh, Lawful/unlawful is a horribly artificial judgement, and it varies depending on point of view and state of mind. However, enmity is not. The corsairs and the outcasts are much more upset with one anther than they are with Liberty.

You cannot judge them by which side of the black white the fall on, because the black white simply does not work if you want to RP well. For instance, Brets and Outcasts are friendly, and brets and libertonians are friendly, and outcasts and libertonians are hostile. Each group has to be looked at individually to see who they dislike, and who they like, and not everything is as you would expect.

I dont believe this, honestly.

The outcasts and corsairs have respect for one another as the best fighters in Sirius. Read the news bulletins in-game sometime, there's a story floating around of an outcast and corsair romance onboard a station.

They're both from the same ancestors - the hispania. They got split up and both have seperate empires, and some of the fiercest fighting ever seen erupts when they meet in space... but they are both honorable groups and their fighting is born out of competition rather than hatred.

The in game stuff doesn't have them hating each other, but the in game Disco stuff does.

It's made the hatred like a million times worse.

And in reality the Outcasts don't hate the houses, they just want to enslave them all by cardamine addiction.

The cardamine addiction is precursor to military invasion.

What they're doing is hooking the entire populace of liberty when they have the only supply of the drug. Once they get everyone addicted, they'll likely come in, destroy the liberty military and government, and use the addiction all the citizens have as a method of controlling them.

Unlawfuls do sometimes ally. Under my Liberty Rogue pilot Dravis, flying the Drax, I will sometimes assist Xenos against the LSF/SA/LPI, simply because I loathe and despise them. My character has no real emnity towards them and even sympathises in some ways. But I really despise the authorities far, far more than I ever would dislike the Xenos.

Comes down to the mindset of your character sometimes, also.

Romeo & Juliet had a romance, & their families hated one another.... & they were all Itallian.

Name any street gang in America & the primary difference 'tween them is the colors they wear.

Being both from the Hispania doesn't mean squat (w/ all due respect of course)

Anytime they feel like it really. If the enemy is big enough.
'Course they might betray each other in the middle or w/e.

ok, right. Corsairs and Outcasts have the occasional romance, and do respect one another. They consider each other dangerous. They also hate one another, which is probably the draw for the forbidden romances. They Hate each other, and thats the Disco cannon. Anything else is likely to get you slapped. They blame each other for the bad situations of their colonies.

Outcasts probably won't need to invade, if a majority of the population is addicted. You simply end distribution for long enough for withdrawl to set in, watch chaos unfold, and then make demands. All they'll need a fleet for is defending the Spice stockpiles.
Oh, sorry, I made a dune reference.
Outcasts and corsairs are like Harkonnen and Freemen, if you want another.
