***INCOMING TRANSMISSION***

NOTE: This offer is now extended to all suppliers to Saitama Industrial Annexe. A fee of 3750 credits per unit is applicable to all Helium-3 purchases. This fee can be redeemed by selling the base a needed commodity.

We regret imposing this fee. Unfortunately one or more suppliers have proven incapable of accounting for themselves. Taking our product, without delivering needed supplies, cannot be tolerated.

Konnichiwa and Good Morning,

On behalf of Kishiro Technologies, I would like to thank Interspace Commerce for their trade dealings in the Okinawa system. Both GMG and Kishiro reps have been working around the clock to sustain Helium-3 stock levels on Fuxyueru Trade Hub.

To be sure, demand well and truly outstrips supply. With this in mind, Kishiro has begin construction of the Saitama Industrial Annexe. This is an extension to Gas Miner Ogashawa, and is built with the approval of the GMG.

Even in these early stages, we can store around 40,000 units of gas on board. I intend to use this stock to offer Interspace a unique deal.

There are no prices set for commodities on Saitama, whilst we are still in its build phase of operations. I would like to offer IC a barter deal with regards to commodities.

IC ships can take away Helium-3 gas at a nominal cost of one (1) credit per unit.
For every unit of gas taken away, IC shall deliver a unit of a needed base building commodity, and a nominal cost of one credit.

In this way, IC makes 100 percent profit on the Helium-3 gas, and can source many needed base commodities at the cheapest supply points. The only cost to Kishiro is the time needed to mine the gas and store it.

As you can imagine, there are many hundreds of thousands of units of materials needed to completely build a base. I urge you to consider this offer, and I look forward to your reply.

Regards,
Ichiro Suzuki

Greetings Mr. Suzuki,

Thank you for the honor of choosing Interspace Commerce to work with on your construction venture. We do believe that we have the capacity to fulfill your request and provide for Saitama Industrial Annexe as well as moving away the Helium-3 gas deposited there. However I am curious and have a few questions, as well as one requirement before we can begin shipping goods to your base. First, we have been doing a significant amount of business with the Gas Mining Guild, and after speaking with their Guildmaster it does seem that they are fully on board with this. My question is to what this base's purpose will be other then the storage of Helium-3 gas as Fuxyueru Trade Hub seems to accomplish this already. When we invest in an enterprise, we like to see a strong demand driving it so that it will be successful and upkept for a long time to come.

Before shipments of materials can be delivered we would ask you to draw up a document stating what you need immediately, what will be needed for future construction and when, as well as a report on the exact quantities of goods the base will need weekly as well as Saitama Industrial Annexe's current inventory so that we may prioritize the shipment of certain goods as the situation may require. Once this is completed we will inform our captains to prioritize Saitama Industrial Annexe on their routes and make the required deliveries. If you require additional capacity we can route some of our heavier shipping assets though with only 40,000 storage capacity this seems unnecessary currently. Finally if you require capital investment for the purchase of other goods, or insurance for the base, Interspace Commerce will be happy to offer. Thank you again for honoring us with this offer.

Konnichiwa Ms Shoemaker,

As you are no doubt aware, Fuxyueru Trade Hub, as well as the other GMG bases, service the mining fields in the Okinawa system. As large as Fuxyueru is, that base regularly runs out of stock - in no small part thanks to your efficient transports!

We have identified Sigma-19 as a greatly underutilised system since the new gas mining techniques were put into place. It is our aim to build a facility every bit as large as Fuxyueru. As to any provisions made for industrial modules, I am sure we will be looking to build one or two. The exact nature of any such modules is yet to be determined.

With regards to invoicing of commodities. The general Base Listings now shows our priorities for incoming goods. In general, commodities would be exchanged in lots of 40,000 units (or 20,000 in the case of Ship Hull Panels) for convoys.

Alternatively, individual transports can simply exchange goods on an ad-hoc basis, logging into the base when they come to the region. We are after all but one system away from Furyoku Station.

With numerous core upgrades, cargo, defense and factory modules to be built - this is a major, ongoing contract. We are limited only by the storage space on Saitama, and the availability of miners to keep the base stocked.

The rest is in your hands Ms Shoemaker.

Regards,
Ichiro Suzuki

Mr. Suzuki,

Thank you for the prompt response. If you are desiring bulk supply then I would ask you to provide us with jump drive coordinates for your base. While Interspace Commerce deals almost exclusively in traditional convoys we have been seeking to expand into jump travel as this seems to be the way of the future. In this way we can quickly exchange the base's inventory of Helium-3 for a large number of the required goods.

I have also instructed our pilots to begin immediately the delivery of the listed goods to Saitama Industrial Annexe. Please notify Interspace Commerce via this channel or by other means when you need to change the listing, or request an urgent delivery. We will update you when large convoy deliveries have been made so you can adjust the required goods as needed. Please also update us on your production modules as we are currently looking for a survey module as well as multiple docking modules and would love to give the business to a valued partner such as you. I look forward to seeing our business relationship and Saitama Industrial Annexe flourish.

Mr. Suzuki,

Please note that Saitama Industrial Annexe is currently full on storage. This means that our transports must dump their cargo and offload some Helium-3 before they can deposit their wares. The whole practice takes a considerable amount of time and clogs the nearby area with traffic and can create a nightmare with a large convoy. We would hope that you will rectify this soon by adding another storage module or otherwise freeing up some space for our goods. Thank you again for choosing Interspace Commerce and we hope to hear from you soon regarding this matter.
