To Government of Liberty - Markus_Janus - 06-23-2012 Konnichiwa gentlemen. It has been brought to my attention that one of my Directors, Kaido Marahu, suffered severe injuries resulting from an attack on his craft in orbit of Manhattan earlier today. From the brief explanation I have so far received, I have been assured that this was the result of forces from Kusari and not the fault of anyone from your Republic. I am sure I do not need to inform you of the importance Samura Omotai Zaibatsu places on members of the Board of Directors. As such I will be sending a team of our most prominent medical professionals to evaluate Kaido-san and assist in his well being. These men have all the needed experience to deal with situations such as this and will be in the best possible position to care for Kaido-san until he is ready to be returned home to his family. Further more, I request access to all evidence you may have pertaining to this attack so we may begin a formal investigation against the attackers and hopefully bring anyone responsible to justice. These are troubling times and I am sure you understand that we are under a great deal of pressure to make sure that this situation is contained as quickly as possible with as little collateral damage as can be. I have managed to get in contact with Kaido-san and have brought our medical staff to Manhattan as you are aware. Please accept my personal thanks to both yourself and your staff at the Jacobi Naval Critical Care Center. We found the staff there quite professional and worked very well with our medical staff. I understand that the evidence must first be assessed by your people to ensure protection of your national security, please also understand that Samura have a vested interest in this case as well and would appreciate as much access to the data as possible. An incident of this magnitude has severe consequences within my beloved homeland and I have a vested interest in my companies security, my nations quality of life and justice for the actions carried out.
