Look up there, in our skies. You see ships from everywhere in the sector, bring goods and contraband from every corner of Sirius, poisoning our children and corrupting our culture Our culture which has managed to endure till this point due to our pride, honor and sacrifice. These outsiders have no idea of such concepts. Synthfoods brings their bio-dome grown food into our empire, full of chemicals and hormones, and surprise, the rate of cancers among Kusari children has doubled over the last 15 years. Right here in New Tokyo, right up there *points to sky* Roppongi station orbits our Capitol.. Our Capitol, an ever present reminder of the invasion of Kusari culture by the Outsiders. That station, run by Liberty brings drugs and foreign ideas into the Heart of the Shogunate. Our children our lead astray by these outsiders, leaving Kusari never to return. We must fight these outsiders; show them the power of the Shogun, the power of the Empire.
What has become of our Honor, Deshima station stands telling all of Sirius that we can no longer police ourselves, that we need more of these outsiders to catch our criminals. What could possibly be worse than this? These outsiders don't even use our products, Deshima station has Bio-domes to produce its food. Our farms grow the best food in Sirius, and these fields lay fallow, our noble farmers begging for a small shelf in the local market to peddle their produce.
My Brothers, It is time to put thought and word into action. It is time for the Kusari people to rise up and take back our honor, to regain our pride. It is time for Kusari to tell all our Sirius, "Our Markets are closed; we can supply and support ourselves." It is time for the Kusari people to drive these outsiders from our midst.
You my friends are the future of Kusari, it is you who have yet to choose how to serve your Empire. You graduate today, looking to make your mark on history, but not sure how. I will give you an option, come, fight for what you believe. Fight to make Kusari strong again, it is time for Kusari your age to understand that their future lays here; this is where they have something noble to fight for.

Good day to you, Proud Farmers of Kusari. For many generations, you have done wonderful things for our nation, which shines as an example above all others in our sector.
In case you have never met me, my name is Ichiro Takahashi. Until recently I was the captain of the Kunashir, a proud Samura transport. Recent news from the fight in the Taus has caused me to reevaluate many things in life. I am hoping to do something for the direct betterment of our people.
I was born on Planet Junyo, and spent my more youthful days between there and New Tokyo. When I was able, I entered into the Naval Forces, like my father before me. My career was fairly brief and average. After that I became a pilot for Samura, gradually working my way through various positions until the one I had until recently.
For many years I had lived on Planet Kyushu, alongside the noble farmers that fed our nation; ever since I left the Naval Forces, in fact. Several years ago, though, I moved to live primarily on Planet Kurile, in relation with my recent position.
My recent retirement brought me back to fair Kyushu with its magnificent scenery, but when I really had a chance to see firsthand all of the chaos wrought upon it by those accursed foreign markets, I knew I had to do something.
I have always held a deep respect for your organization and, while I may be somewhat old, I would truly like to assist you all in your endeavors.

Afternoon, Farmers Alliance, my name is Hikaro Tsuda, served in the Kusari Navy for quite some time, my time in a Chimera was entertaining for some time, however i have retired from the Navy. Joining the Farmers alliance is all i can think about now.
Due to the Bretonian cowardly tactics in the Tau's i wish to join your struggle against such. Not to mention Synth Foods and their horrible 'paste' that they keep pumping out of factories in Liberty and Rheinland, makes me sick to see people eat such dung.
My past includes all sorts of things, Combat experience, trading, not to mention a series of diplomatic events i believe my portfolio will say it all, and if you shall accept me i will begin right away serving the Artisan Farmers alliance, no questions asked.

My name is Kuroda Taiki, and i seek refuge in your alliance after my family was forced to sell our farm, in order to live. The new Synth Paste foods and cheap Gaijin food are making it impossible to live with such low prices for our wholesome Kusarian food.
And, my brother was killed by the Bretonians in the current conflict.
