Yo,
so there is the thing I need.
Take this picture:

and this tattoo:

(since PB converts it to jpg, you can ask me for the original gif file)
and place it on her arms. So it looks a bit like:

but more real as I didn't use cylindrical curving.
Also do the same on her other arm but make the dragon red and of course mirror it.
That's all.
Now all you need to do is, do it and ask for money you see fit.
