After the final rank in your wing, you have a possibility of be promoted to the Council group, the council is the highest rank in the SolarR, being that they can over throw a law/rule/action of the leader if they see to do so. As well they can decide if someone is removed from the group. however, say if the Council wants to add someone to the Council, they first must agree as a whole to let that person in, then ask the leader.

I think you should have made things much smaller to start with. There are far too many ranks, variations on the tag, and intended IDs to bring in.
For the IDs, you have to have a main one, and use only it or a secondary one, which should still follow the restrictions of the first. So you're either going to have to be in Gunboats or smaller, or only engaging in self-defence.

For your diplomacy, you can't be full allies with all 4 Houses, AND the Corsairs. It'd be hard enough to be neutral with the rest if you were friendly or higher with any of them (seeing as some are/were warring with each other).

The full fleet and miltary ranking system also doesn't really fit your RP of space explorers either.

Overall, make it a bit more reasonable, doable and simple, then you might get on a bit better.

I like the ranks. Reminds me on my own beginnings with teams and wings. I gave them colors and names and even titles (like 'crazy' or 'protector'). Don't underrestimate your enthusiasm and you will be fine. Just try out how it works and the rest will even out for itself.

Yeye, I think there's a general consensus on 1 faction 1 ID - however much Zoners are the full-on Mary Sue's of Disco (with access to capital warships for some inexplicable reason), there's no reason to enforce that and make it worse.

Some background information about the faction would be nice, how it started, where they come from, their favorite ice cream flavor, you know the usual stuff.

The ranks look like too many and sort of redundant. Also the faction lacks a defined concrete goal, like establishing a monopoly on this or that, having more money than everyone else, the pursuit of happiness, etc.

I assume this is intended to serve as the background/RP but I haven't read it fully.
I agree that a better goal would be better for you, since "explore space" is not particularly interesting enough for most people to join a faction to do, since it would likely be easier to do on their own. "Get more members and alliances" is also a rather generic goal, and is probably not very effective since you don't really have anything to offer these prospective allies (since you lack a concrete goal).
