[color=#FFFF00]I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support during these trying times. Your wisdom and foresight stopped a major conflict from occurring in Omega-49. My only regret is that I have not been able to thank you in person for your role there.

The last few days have been a blur. All at once, the Coalition machine lurched forwards and our reserve forces were activated in the face of the ever advancing Corsair and Gallic Empires. This required us to establish a forward outpost where recruits could pick up their identification papers and be processed away from Omega-52, for obvious security reasons. The logical choice in setting up this recruitment centre was Boa Vista Station - The closest base to our home.

Boa Vista has always been considered as the gateway to Coalition space. It was the sight of the first major push back against the Volkhan's forces during the Coalition Civil War, 18 months ago. Boa Vista helped rearm us rebellious forces, which eventually restored Katz to power. Since then, Boa Vista has been a welcome sight on the long road out of our home.

We have occupied the vacant lower offices of Level B. Currently, recruits into our reserve force are using these offices to pick up their identification papers and to be processed by the local Commissar. From there, the Recruits shuttle out to Omega-52.

Level B is therefore declared as part of the Coalition Protectorate and is subject to Coalition Law. The rest of the station is unaffected by this change in policy.

So far - we have encountered no trouble. Relations from the stations residents are cordial. We will continue to respect our Zoner neighbours in declared Sovereign Coalition space.

Omega-50 has been declared as a Coalition Protectorate and is considered part of our territory. Under a separate agreement, Zoner administrators continue to operate the day to day running of these stations, in accordance with Zoner law. Anything outside of the station is considered Coalition territory and is administered by us.

Boa Vista station will continue to be administered by your government. I merely secured an unused level, for our recruitment purposes. I have not claimed your station. Nor will my forces interfere with the day to day running of your station.

I can see that constructive dialogue is required on how to integrate our population into your community, I am open to suggestions. I am also open to possible routes of compensation. I am sure your station requires basic food stuffs and other goods to continue operating. However, let me be clear. Our presence on your station must and will remain in place for the foreseeable future.

You offered an office. I will gladly take responsibility for that office and declare it a Coalition embassy. A place where we can process our newest recruits, safely away from Omega-52. I trust that offer is still in place, and that I can move our personnel there without delay?
