I've received reports of a skirmish that occurred in the Dublin system last night.
Apparently there were heavy casualties on our side,
but the initial mission objectives were met.
During your last visit I told you that you can count on me Annora,
but we cannot expend a fleet stationed behind enemy lines in Bretonia,
the current situation in the higher omegas does not allow it.
I can however send you a small number of highly trained and experienced warriors,
a small garrison at a location of your choice.
There they can provide training , participate in patrols and execute missions.
Consider this offer...
