8.1 Connecticut is a non-RP system. Nothing you do there needs to have an RP basis.
8.2 [color=#FF0000] All attacks in Connecticut must be preceded by an agreement to such by all parties that will be involved in the combat. This does not have to be an RP agreement, just an agreement to start shooting.
8.3 Bad behaviour in Connecticut will be sanctioned under 1.2. Respect each other in there.
Just a reminder...because people don't respect this rule.

I never saw that rule before, plus I've always insisted in a pre-emptive strike for hunches that suggest some idiot is about to attack you.
Only someone will find true peace when there's a golden filter for all those damned idiots, and yes, there's a whole lot of them. Aggravating it is very much.
Example: An idiot staring you down. That's like 99% all of it.

Last time i were using conn to transfer a Cau8, me and my partner got attacked instantly after the Battleship facing us realised what we were doing.
Nice to know that there's a rule against this, thanks for the reminder.
