Ladies and Gentlemen this message is intended to serve as notification that as of 2300 hours on 7/23/818 measures were taken to allow the activation of the asset known as 'Crossbow'. This asset is intended to aid us in intelligence operations abroad, and in a limited capacity within The Republic as well. Should any of you encounter 'Crossbow', stay out of it's way.
Crossbow is not the standard operative type that many of you have likely worked with in the past. This asset has been instructed to do whatever is necessary to maintain it's cover identity to the outside world.

- Establish contacts within Sirius-wide criminal networks, preferably the Junker black market.
- Establish contacts within The Council.
