Tau-23
[color=#00CCCC]1.1 Kusari Naval Forces receive rights to patrol all space within Tau-23.

1.4 Kusari Naval Force vessels will provide assistance to Gallic shipping if needed.

Tau-29
2.1 Kusari Naval Forces have rights to patrol designated space within Tau-29.

2.2 For Law Enforcement purposes the designated space will be classed as follows. The system can be divided North/South by a vertical meridian running through the sun. Kusari Naval Forces have right to enforce Kusari laws within the east and GRN| within the west of Tau-29 system.

For the purposes of protecting Shinkaku Station and its shipping traffic Kusari forces can patrol space in a circle with a radius of 10 km around the station and a trianglar area with verticies of Shinkaku Station, Tau-23 Jump Hole and Freeport 6.

This Shinkaku annex area will thus be shared between both House forces.

Tau Decree - Tau 23/Tau 29 - Cmdr. Blaine Chara - 08-07-2012

*incoming transmission*
Comm ID: Commander Matok
Location: Freeport 6, Tau 29
To: Mattheui Reynaud
CC: Kirihara Misaki

Mr. Reynaud,

I shall be interested to see how this......decree of yours works out. I will be blunt, after an attack on my personal ship, an un-provoked attack I might add, I do not like your people so you have much to prove.
Freeport 6 is a quiet place for passing traders to rest, re-fuel and get a bite to eat and your ships will intimidate that. Do us a favor and stay away. Kusari has always respected our presence and their ships have been observed time and again to keep a wide berth and to let us deal with smugglers at my station. I disallow cardamine and slaves on my base. Mind you, Mr. Reynaud, what you may classify as contraband may not be on my station. You now know what is! My base, my rules!

Also, I patrol the Taus with regularity as does my security chief, Mr. Blaine Chara. We do so for the protection of Zoner ships. Leave them be as we aren't interested in your conquest.

Commander Matok
Freeport 6 Administrator
