Just saw it, absolutely amazing. I love the way they brought in both previous films for an epic conclusion. The music really did work its magic on me and the story line alone was fantastic. My favorite of the three and I thought the Dark Knight could never be beaten before! You have to watch it, even if you aren't a fan of the whole batman idea. You have to :P

I'll be watching it for the first time in a few minutes & I'll come back in a few hours to edit in my opinion on it.
Till then, I'll just say that my only expectation is that I'll be entertained because I know better than to treat it as anything other than simply a continuation of the story. It's not really a question in my mind if it will be better or worse than the other two. I had to learn over time (like most everyone eventually does) that nothing ruins a movie faster than getting sucked into the hype & expecting too much from it.
::Edit- Saw it & it was really fun. It can stand toe to toe w/ the second movie & meshes well with the first.:cool:For those of you that didn't like it, oh well. Sucks to be you::

saw it at the midnight showing and was not happy. Good movie but the sound system sucked and was blown out and rattles. couldnt even hear half of the people talking, I'll just have to wait till it goes to blueray
good movie tho liked the 2nd one better tho.. funny that it had the scarecrow in the new one too!

No next. It was a trilogy. If a new movie it will not be Dark Knight. With diff directors, and such.
