Konnichiwa, Miss Lee. As you probably understand, the Order's loss from the battle in Omicron Minor are still felt everywhere, which affects our whole logistics and especially the ship construction. Because of that, we can't give you access to the requested technology. Furthermore, the Recon Cruiser class "Reseph" isn't constructed for offensive matters anyway. It's a support ship, rather than a good fighter.
Besides that...I haven't heard anything bad about the cruiser the Blood Dragons build. I hope you understand.
