Hi Admins
I have just downloaded Freelancer Launchpad, with the intent of using it in the future as oppose to using different users on my computer. Now I haven't been able to transfer my current accounts to it, but am able to create new ones for future use, so i say to myself "hey no problem I can just access those characters the old way"
However, for reasons which I'm unsure when I attempt to start 1 of those accounts on it's user, it doesn't work and loads the new account i made on Launchpad (my other accounts are intact). This means that I've currently lost 5 characters of mine.
I'm hoping that'd you'd be able to transfer them to my new account, or set up a /movechar code for them, so I can get them back.
The characters in question are:
Miner.For.Hire
Malcolm_Tucker
Platinum|-Relentless
Platinum|-Baadsvik
Platinum|-Righteous
I could give you the account Id if you need via pm if you require also.
Please get back to me with suggestions or if you need more details, I miss them all already.

If you have the file, open it with notepad and manually add the codes as new accounts in Launchpad.
If however you dont have the codes, then only Cannon can help. Im missing 3 accounts as well (the other thread in this subforum).
