Due to a recent shuffling of positions necessitated by the retirement of our Direktor, there has been a lapse in communications between our two respective organizations. I am Flotillenadmiral Kai Siegfried, of the Buro Der Marineintelligenz. It is my intention to restore the lines of communication between us to prevent any avoidable losses to misunderstandings attributable to miscommunication.

To facilitate communications, an envoy has been sortied into the Omicrons. Agent Sprecher has been assigned to serve as a liaison on board the Extended Logistics Division vessel BDM|U-66.

Contact can be made in space, in person, or through the Neural Net, depending upon your preference. With that regard, there are several matters of which we wish to converse with you.

It is a pleasure to make an acquaintance of a member of Task Force 141. We have heard much of your exploits in the Omicrons... though I suspect that only a fraction of what transpires within the region actually filters into my briefings.

With regards to lost communiques, it would appear as though distance and interference does indeed inhibit communications. For this reason, a dedicated communications relay has been brought with the U-66 for long term deployment. 5kyp3 keys are being sent for alternate means of communication - I can be contacted via Kai.Siegfried

Despite the relay on the U-66, communications time may still be slow, as I am transmitting from another distant wing of Sirius.

I apologize in advance for what inconveniences may ensue.
