It's a /movecharcode. Essentially once you have that code and the character's name, you go ingame (on an account with 2 million on it) and type:
/movechar SHIPNAME CODE
And you will get kicked, and the character automatically moved to your account, if you have a free character slot.

It's essentially a quick way to move ships via FLHook so that you don't have to give away the entire account. Since many accounts have more than one ship, it's necessary.
