Account broken - Petitioner - 08-30-2012
The account has the following ships on it:
GMG|MV-Manatsumi-Maru
GMG|GTS-Inazuma-Maru
Jarek.Allerton
Seung.Fai
Trying to move the character GMG|Yama.Fuyuu to the account (can pm the movecharcode if it's needed for verification) but it says there's too many characters on the account, even though I deleted one to make room. I believe the problem has to do with a character formerly on the account having had a Cyrillic name. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
