Do you have an RP story for your character? That might be a starting point. After that I have no idea how anyone gets that ID.

same thing that bothers me, how to get 1

its not a problem to create a char and write a story for it

I might be picky, but i'd probably turn you down for a Terrorist ID solely for the use of "1" instead of "one". That is just me though.

it takes a lot...plain a simple.

there are very few people with this ID for a reason. it allows you to basically kill anyone without any rhyme or reason. at first this seems like it would be great and that draws everyone in to want one. but it's not that simple.

A huge amount of responsibility comes with this ID, sure you can kill most everyone....but why? your RP story must fit perfectly and be believably 'freelancerish'. most stories can easily be done with just having a simple Pirate ID or another buyable ID, so you have to have a VERY good reason why one of those won't work as well.

in my opinion the part that presents the biggest drawback to the ID is that, while you can kill anyone over level 30, you in turn can be killed by everyone without any reason either. in most cases, having this ID means that you do not fit into any sort of group or faction therefore your alone. it's you versus the whole of Sirius both lawful and unlawful, at times you'll be fighting both at the same time. your lone ship against a fleet of enemies at every turn.

so if you think having this ID will make you super-duper.....eh, not really. if anything your going to die....alot.

Yup, what Drey says. The place to start would be to write a stellar background story that fits comfortably within the freelancer universe.

its hard to write about something that still doesnt exist ( char with that ID)
and what ships am i allowed to fly under that ID, and from which factions

Everything about the terrorist ID is done by your RP. They are so few that if something doesn't fit right or it looks whore-ish, it goes *poof* but as long as you maintain the stellar RP, you could *theoretically* have an Avenger with Krakens and tizzies. How you'd pull that off I have no idea, but Terrorist ID is the most mutable of any ID. Other than Admin.

what ships you are allowed to fly depends on your story background. - from what i know, the terrorist rather includes only your char.. - so things become tricky when you for example want to fly a gunship or something bigger, as they include more than just one char.

about the weapons, - a free choice from everything to get the best of the best is rather not desirable. - as a terrorist, no one will love you much, as you are one unpredictable danger - if you were not, you d fly the colours of the faction.

so, getting weapons is one thing that should be included in your story - leave civilian weapons, that you can possibly get from the blackmarket rather easily ( excluded shieldbusters, ever since the sanction, they appear not to be free for all )
codenames from salvaged ships might work - buying them off weapondealers may work, too - but its questionable if a dealer sells you something. - ( its like a bankrobber with a big sign saying that he robs banks to make a living walks into a bank to get a loan. and as a reason why he wants that loan, he s saying "i want to buy weapons to rob banks" )

a lot of what a terrorist is or can be comes with your ingame RP, i d say. - written stories can only do so much, but nothing is more convincing that ingame experience. so you may have to start up very very lowbie like - for example in a startracker and civi weapons and "work" your way upwards not by simply go shopping, but by actually playing how you got the stuff you have ( and keep a detailed and entertaining dairy of course, cause we all like to read stories )

allways keep in mind, pirates are just pirates, - people know what they are about, - a terrorist however is someone that may rip your throat for nothing... and that doesn t make you popular with any base commander or weaponsdealer or shipseller.

that statement worries me. it would seem your wanting the ID first and then baseing a character off the ID. i feel this is the wrong approach.

when i made Mon'Star, i roleplayed him online as he is now but within the confines of my ID at the time (Pirate ID). By the time i got the Terrorist ID i had already written atleast one forum page full of stories for him.
