The terrorist group known as Rorry's Renegades have threatened my client (link) and all of Liberty. However, you have the opportunity to hunt them down anywhere in Sirius.

Dear Mr. Zane,

Regrettfully I heard that Cody was forced to close his shop in New York. When I learnt the reason for it, it all made sense. Only a fool would take this kind of a threat lightly. As I am sure that you communicate often with Mr. Cody, and as I do not want to endanger him by trying to contact him directly, I'd like you to tell him, that he made the right decision. Storms blow over. And I'll be glad to see him back in business when it is over.

Alright, business.

The IMG has been targetted by the gang that you want to have routed before. Clashes happen now and then and our Defense section has been able to repulse them and take some out before.

Don't get me wrong, please: We are no hunters. We defend ourselves and sometimes clean a system when piracy gets too thick. But we sometimes clash with the Rorry boys.

So:
You want guns on them and we have some.
We lose money to them, you have money to offer.
