Well i did say to Emeraldman he will get banned since i was surprised and mad that he turned on me with out saying anything. When he uncloaked for a second i though he is there to help me then i figured its other way around :( . i figured that Gallic junker should not get sanctioned since he atleast said stop and gave me 5 sec which is maybe ok to some extent. But the junker Emberman just shot me with out saying anything.
When the Gallic junker said stop i maybe did not stop but slowed down to around 40m/s and i started typing.
if i knew there is a frigate with him i would surely stop and try to negotiate but it was clear to me that they did not want to negotiate but too shoot and kill. I spoke to some guys and iv been told that junker frigate should atleast said something and give me a chance to stop but they just kept firing. Please try to understand the situation i was in .. the guy who i offered free hold of ore in o7 waited for me to bring it to tau31 just so they can shoot me for it and even with out saying anything. i was in group with ember at the time Gallic junker atacked me and i asked him for help and started thrusting toward harris . that was the point when he uncloacked and just started shooting me .. maybe i should have just died silently or i dont know.. never crossed my mind that me saying on chat that he will get banned is more of a rule brake than shooting a transport in your group with out saying anything...
