I was passing through New Tokyo the other day and one of those cloaking pirate guys was giving me some questions about IC bounties. Before I told him anything, I asked him where he bought his cloaking fuel, and he game me some kind of answer.

I notice there is a new base near Narita, but it doesnt sell anything that could be used as cloaking fuel. I was not permitted to dock on Maloboro, so was unable to check there. Perhaps this is something your people would be interested in investigating.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. However due to recent changes to Malioboro station (the one mentioned). He will no longer find he can dock on that station. However, If he has somehow managed to bribe his way into better reputation with the Kusari State Police, We'd like to know. If you have information indicating that this is so, please contact us again.
