To the Crown.

My name is Oliver Stone, I have recently taken over the position over Intergalactic Relations Officer here at Cryer Pharmaceuticals.

I would like to request clearance for Cryer employees to dock and Port Talbot. Due to its location, we have quiet a few convoys are in the area and we would like the ability to resupply and make any needed repairs.

You see many of our ships come from the Omicrons and Omegas. I doubt I need tell you how hostile those systems can be, and that any safe harbor is a welcome site.

We would be willing to negotiate a trade agreement should it be required. I would however request that our long standing relationship with the Crown be taken into consideration, along with the fact that Tim Cryer has been Knighted in Bretonian court. Though I under stand these are hard times for everyone and that our pharmaceuticals are always in high demand.

Afternoon mr Stone,

I am contacting you on behalf of Mr Thompson, manager of Bowex Colonial authorities. The managing party on behalf of the crown. We of Bowex Exploration and Security and Colonial authorites, in conjunction with the Sprague Administrative and Growth Initiative Board have come to the conclusion that whilst your request is valid we can not offer you boarding permissions on Port Talbot at the moment due to security issues.

The BMM representative on the SAGI board has offered docking permissions at Douglas station, a few K away from the construction site. Once the current construction of the planetary security grid is completed mr Thompson will contact you for docking permissions on Port Talbot itself.

I take it this responce answers all your questions if not feel free to use these channels on follow-up messages.
