As we started reconstruction of Freeport 7, you've blocked us from commodities which is produced in your country, expect basic ones. It's not that inexcusably as your next step, but I still curious where is comes from that enmity to independent civilians.

I really don't know, did you changed your outer policy, or what? Killing innocent people just because you don't like to see us around? Do your civilians know for what they're paying taxes? For killing civilians as they are but outside of your borders!

Your crime against humanity won't be forgotten.

I'm sorry for a tone which I used. Emotions isn't best choose to do diplomacy. Hopefully you can forgive me.

Actually we've contacted with you some months ago and I a bit explained ourselves. We are zoner group, known as Phoenix. As for me, I'm leader of this group.

I already linked you to materials in previous message. Rheinland battleship known as [RAV]-Oldenburg was spotted in destruction of Freeport 7 Reconstruction Site, which cause many innocent civil deaths.

I would like to know, why you're sending a battleship to deal with peaceful zoners. At least, you was able to inform us about your stance towards this project before it's starts.
