To: Liberty Navy High Command <Priority Classified> - FallenKnight - 10-13-2012 To Liberty Navy Admiralty Board, Greetings admirals, I am sending you this message in regards of request for additional material support to the bretonian frontline. Our shipyards are working with their full potencial to repair our damaged ships, rebuild some of the old designs, build new ones and to transform a lot of civilian crafts in to military vessels. In short terms our hands are full and we are unable to further increase the production of more ships for the battlefield in Leeds and the war with House Gallia. Because of that, the Admiralty board of Bretonia - the Armed Forces - would like to request some of your ships in reserve. My porposal is for: - One, Liberty Assault Battlecruiser - One, Liberty Siege Cruiser - One, Liberty Gunboat - Several very heavy figthers from class "Guardian" - Several very heavy figthers from class "Avenger" - Load of "MagmaHammers" and "Vengeances" These additional ships will be of great importance to our fleets and in terms of new technology - they may surprise the gallic invaders and turn the tides of many upcoming battles. Ofcourse a proper zone of influence for these ships should also be considered. We would use them primary in systems: New London, Leeds, Dublin, Newcastle, Edinburgh, for possible hit and run operations in Tau-31 and ofcourse in the border systems: Manchester, Magellan and Cortez. We understand this request may be considered as huge but I assure you - our situation is not good at all and your additional support will be most welcome. In return you may request some of the ships we have in reserve. So far we have a lot of: - "Templar" very heavy figthers - "Challenger" heavy bombers - "Churchill" heavy gunboats - "Crecy" heavy destroyers If the transfer option for ships between our boards is possible - neither one of us will have disadvantages but only benefits to bring something new against our enemies. The board is eager to receive your answer as well as to see your counter request on our proposal. Yours, Sir Firmus Piett Fleet Admiral of the Armed Forces RE: To: Liberty Navy High Command <Priority Classified> - Alley - 10-14-2012 ****INCOMING TRANSMISSION****

COMM ID: Commander Alicia Winterfield TARGET ID: Fleet Admiral Firmus Piett SUBJECT: The Exchange ENCRYPTION: HIGH PRIORITY: HIGH Greetings, I've been tasked by the Fleet Admiral Hale to supervise this exchange of technologies. First thing first, I don't really understand the numbers, nor the request itself. You're not going to win a war with these. Here's something that actually sounds like war. The Liberty Navy is requesting the following: • 3x "Crecy" Bretonian heavy destroyer • 5x "Churchill" Bretonian heavy gunboat • 40x "Challenger" Bretonian heavy bomber • 20x "Templar" Bretonian very heavy fighter • 100x "Adv. Splitter" Bretonian Gun • 50x "Adv. Splitter" Bretonian Turret • 100x "Ultra Sunrail" Bretonian Gun • 50x "Ultra Sunrail" Bretonian Turret The Liberty Navy offers the following in return: • 2x "Atlantis" Liberty Assault Carrier • 1x "Overlord" Liberty Dreadnought • 2x "Washington" Liberty Assault Battlecruiser • 3x "Archer" Liberty Siege Cruiser • 5x "Juneau" Liberty Gunboat • 50x "Guardian" Liberty Very Heavy Fighter • 25x "Avenger" Liberty Heavy Fighter • 250x "Magma Hammer Mk V" Liberty Gun • 75x "Magma Hammer Mk V" Liberty Turret • 250x "Vengeance Mk V" Liberty Gun • 75x "Vengeance Mk V" Liberty Turret Some of these Capital Ships I added are currently under revision following interesting developments with The Order, so give us a few days if this sounds good to you. The Capital Ships, from LAC to GB are pre-equipped with standard Libertonian weaponry. We expect the same. Let us know. Sincerely, Commander Alicia Winterfield, Liberty Navy Primary Fleet, High Command. ****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****
RE: To: Liberty Navy High Command <Priority Classified> - FallenKnight - 10-15-2012 Greetings again, I must admit the admiralty board is impressed from the list of all these ships you offer us. In exchange - the ships you request to receive as well as the weapons are ready and waiting in our primary construction area - Southampton Shipyard. You may take them whenever you find it necessary. There is only one request which our board would like to state about the usage of our ships. If its possible do not send them against Rheinland Forces unless their involvement is critical. Considering our mutual agreement with these terms which will lead to the improvements of both sides, I place my seal on this technology exchange treaty.
