This is a particularly generous offer, and one which has surprised the Board, particularly since it is coming from a corporation of Rheinland. After the siege of Bonn, and the station being placed under martial law, our business in Rheinland has slowed to a near halt - including the Omega-11 Trade Lane project requested by your company.

Ageira still holds some limited shipping rights within Rheinland, representing our relatively unique relationship bridging Liberty and Rheinland. To that end, we must ask if your offer is being made on a more discrete level, or whether your House's Laws will lawfully encompass Ageira partaking in this economic venture, and whether we will be able to transport these goods back across the border to our bases.

As a corollary for purchasing unrefined Ores from Krupp, we would also like to be made aware of any supplies that our transports might be paid to deliver to the Base, in order to prevent ships flying with an empty hold.

According to our latest data, Krupp Munitions is in orbit of New Berlin. If that is not the case, we will require new navigational data.

While I can understand that Daumann would be happy to purchase refined Platinum through Ageira, bringing these goods across the border will prove extremely difficult. We will petition Government representatives, but they can sometimes be unflexible when concerning Rheinland, so we cannot make any promises in this area. For the time being, Ageira will simply be limited to delivering its current specialty services and goods.

As far as purchasing your Ore is concerned; our initial plans would be to ship said ore through the Omegas to Bretonia. This will be compliant with Rheinland law.

With regards to the construction of the Trade Lane in Omega-11, Ageira is employing a number of particular construction techniques learned in the development of our infrastructure in similar environments. Parts are being manufactured to comply with tolerance standards comparable to the Hokkaido system in Kusari. To this end, we do not ask for any particular materials from Daumann, aside from maintaining the usual high-quality refined Cobalt shipped from Breisen.

However, monitoring the radiation patterns within Omega-11 might be the difference between a merely operational Trade Lane and a very efficient Lane. To that end, it would be beneficial if Daumann could provide us with any data available about the behaviour of the solar radiation; in particular if the planetary orbits and gravimetric fields have any impact on the radiation's intensity throughout the system. In the near future, our own scientists will need to take precise readings across the proposed path of the Trade Lane.
