My answers were on behalf of both myself and the LWB. :idea:
For the last one, our conclusion is that it must be something Rheinlandic, but we can't come up with a name without just making something up. I'm still personally hoping for a lager to fight against the ale of Liberty.

I was thinking it must be Rheinland, yes. Would have thought Weissbier, but the first 'e' doesn't fit. "Wheatbeer" would just look silly too.

Somebody is on the right track. I'll give you a hint about the last one: it's not an English word, strictly speaking. A native speaker of the language should have an advantage there.
