My name is Martino Perez, i am the Administrator of the 101st Ghosts of Razgriz.

It has come to my attention that some of my..... less bright dreadnought captains has made it down to the Liberty systems. Such actions are unacceptable. And in all honesty, i think the strain they put on your installations and supply depots are more then you are prepared for. These vessels are money sinks, so let us not waste our fuel, food, water and other supplies unnecessary. Their waste of resources and manpower are straining both our, and your economy needlessly.

Therefore I hereby request that you close your gates and mooring points for any such vessel unless it has been approved by the Council of Dons or myself.

However, if one of you gentlemen want a dreadnought to assist you, i wont stop you from asking, but be aware that our laws are perfectly clear on this matter; no dreadnought or battleship shall venture to Liberty. So do not expect me to send any dreadnoughts down there without a very good reason. They are needed on the front lines in the Taus, Sigmas and Omicrons.
