To: The IND and OSI - Interspace - 10-15-2012 Location: Waterloo Station From: James Buckmaster Greetings, IND and OSI. *James lights a cigar and takes a puff* I know the IC hasn't had much contact with the IND and the OSI, but I wish to change that. I am going to go away for awhile in the near future, and the person who supplies our base is currently away. I ask of the IND and the OSI to help us out. In return, you will be granted docking permissions on all IC bases of course. We will also give you shares in the IC as well. For more information on these shares, please contact me in a more private communications. I wish to reach out and build a partnership in both trading factions.
