Hallo, Outcasts?

You know, that is a weird name to call yourselves. I bet you suffer from low self esteem by calling yourselves that. Maybe I can have mein friend Dr Freud help you with that?

But, oh, ja, that's not why I am transmitting this. I have heard that you are also space farmers way far away in the Omicrons. I'm not sure if this is true, but I'd like to hope so. I've met some other space farmers before, and they are pretty nice. But I heard you're space farmers und you have a very nice planet with giraffes and such? This is all rumor of course.

Since we in the LWB are also farmers and in space, if you are space farmers, maybe we could have a discussion? You know, about tractors and whatnot. I am especially curious to learn what kind of cuisine you have in the Outcast Outback, ja?

I am Administrator Martino Perez. The head of the 101st, and the Maltese Nation.
Indeed we are "space farmers", although, on a much grander scale then yourself. Our nation has been based upon agriculture of a local plant known as "Cardamine" since the dawn of our nation some 780 or so years ago.
It is indeed peculiar to see a former hessian puppet contact us in this way. It is almost, alarming, but i am not a man who indulge in the art of degrading and judging others. Thus i will hear you out.

I have a shipment of our local product heading for liberty this evening, perhaps i can take a detour past the borders of Rheinland and have a chat. Time will show, but i won't give you any notice before in the 11th hour, right before i make my move. I have enemies in Rheinland, alot of them infact. And i have no intention of letting myself capture or imprison anytime soon.

We'll meet in space
