Konnichiwa, members of the command. Well, assuming that there is more than one of you. I have no information about this.
About 16 hours ago i encountered a Kusari Naval forces patrol on my way trough Kyushu system. I have to say that it was a lovely meeting even though i had to leave under threats of gunfire and scrapping.
While i do believe that the interpretation of the Kusarian law was wrong, i respect Officer's calm mind and somewhat kind words.
Needless to say, i was told that the problem is actualy the size of my... ehm... body instead of arnament, which consist of exactly one Enhanced Countermeasure dropper.
I was told by Officers H.Ishikawa , Junko Sanada and captain of KDS-Asahi that in order to be granted acces to Kusarian space i have to ask High command of the KNF.
Well, thus this message.
I, Alliasse of the body VE|Aigis formaly request acceptance into Kusarian space.

P.s.: Officer H.Ishikawa expressed himself that he would like to have a personal computer. If that would help then... Uhm... Nevermind.

Aigis of the virulian enclave: your vessel or 'body' is a dangerous craft: we have experienced problems with artificial-intelligence in the past.
In order to license your presence we would need a copy of your core programming stored on a data-unit to verify it. We would also require you to submit to inspection by top men from Samura Heavy Industries and Kishiro Technologies and wait for their approval.
Even if the license for your presence in Kusari space is allowed, it will still be the decision of station owners to grant you docking rights. If permitted, we ask that you submit to thorough scanning upon docking or mooring with any Kusari naval forces facility.
If you can agree to these terms, abide by the laws of the codex, and remain unarmed, you will be permitted to travel freely through Kusari space once all checks have been completed. Betrayal will be met with force.

Your demands, albeit somewhat strict, seem reasonable. With all due respect, I would like to say that while I am aware that there are more violent entities of my kind around I never saw an AI vessel of my size with AI technology-based weapon system, thus reserve my right to blame "human factor".
That being said, I accept all responsibilities and demands. However I cant avoid the... Uhm... feeling that there are hidden motives behind the requirement of my core files and Kishiro and Samura test. Please, dont take this as a decline of your term and condition for the permit but if you intend to study my functioning I would like to ask you to be honest with me. If so, I wouldnt be against some sort of cooperation.
A question though. Where and when will the "scanning" take place?

We require a copy of your programming for detailed inspection. From that data we should be able to verify that you are a stable construct that will not malfunction and crash into a populated area, or pose any danger to civilians.
Granted, such a detailed examination will teach us more of your kind: but it is not the aim of this procedure. I imagine you learn just as much of humans with your own scanning technologies.
Inspection will take place at Battleship Nagumo in Kyushu whenever you are prepared to meet the inspection teams. Kaishō Nagata,
