This would not be the first time the Bureau or other like-minded group has attempted to trap us in such a manner, so caution is always called for. If you can provide me with a way to pass on an encrypted message to them, we can take steps to spirit them and possibly their families away from harm.

It is a relief to see that the movement is still alive. The few of us still operating within the bureaucracy feared the worst when communications with our contacts in the main Bundeschuh organization were severed several years ago.
It is unfortunate that we must contact you in this manner, however we ourselves are not certain whether you may also be an elaborate trap for men such as us - however it's become a matter of necessity to take the risk for our compatriots.
The 'dissidents,' to whom I refer, are researchers in Unit 62, an offshoot of classified research involving Experimental Xenobiotics and Integrated Applications. The exact nature of their work and the circumstances behind the warrants for their detainment can be best explained by the gentlemen themselves when they've been successfully exfiltrated.
Several hours ago, the Staatssicherheit Enforcement Division initiated the detainment of all listed suspected dissidents - apprehending both the named persons as well as any associated people. Though we have been unable to prevent the capture of their families, we've successfully smuggled the three on to a reconnaissance freighter en route to Kepler.
The Hekatoncheir, while an MND asset on paper, is crewed by... sympathetic personnel. A narrowband transmission on this channel can be used to contact the freighter if and when extraction of the three becomes possible - after which, the Hekatoncheir is to continue maintaining cover by resuming its own dedicated mission.

Ja, the Rheinswehr seems to be getting rather good at blocking our lines of communication; sometimes it can be hard to get a message through, and it is risky to meet in person...
However, I agree that these things must be risked for the well-being of others. It is unfortunate to hear of their families' fate, but there is some hope that our 'mutual friends' can bring us closer to the Volksrevolution and the end of this kind of persecution.
I will contact this Hekatoncheir now, and arrange the so-called 'pickup' as soon as possible.

As you have most likely been informed prior, the three packages are on board for extraction.
Current mission objectives involve a patrol through a distant sector of Cortez, far from any prying eyes other than our own, and outside the operational range of most transceivers. An ideal location for the exchange can be determined for an on-site rendezvous, once the exfiltration ship is contacted in system.
Ping this frequency once a ship is in system, and we will answer the call.

After meeting with his contact aboard Invergordon, Gauss heads back towards the Cortez jumphole. As he emerges into the system, he opened up comms on the given frequency.
Space has been made in a pressurised section of my Marauder's hold, your 'packages' will be comfortable enough. An encrypted signal beacon disguised as solar radiation or somesuch will be enough to locate you. I'm sure your skills in subtlety can come up with a suitable method.

I've received news that the plans for the Prototype Hybrid Cannons have successfully reached Munster intact. It seems that the BDM| is now on high alert concerning the transport of the improved pre-production model plans back to Schatten for further testing.
The Site 62 Transport team has requisitioned armored support of an as-of-yet undetermined nature for the return convoy.
The opportunity yet remains to intercept the convoy its return trip to Schatten. Although the difficulty of the undertaking will now be increased, the improved plans may prove to be worth the risk.
