Currently Omicron-74 has no owners, so you don't need to ask permission to built it here; you are free to do this as any other Zoner or everyone else. Although I highly recommend to contact closest neighbors as Corsairs about your plans; to avoid further misunderstandings.

Greetings Mr. Tri Udent.

Omicron 74 is a free Zoner system. Does not belong to any specific group, just to Zoners. If you want to build any modular type base on the Zoner flag, i advise you first to contact the official Zoner groups, the TAZ and mainly the OSI, as also the Condefederation of Freeports, mainly the administrator of Freeport 15, since probably you will use as one of you main supplier.

I wish you luck on your project but ... let me say you one thing ... respect is a very beautifull thing, so do it. Also I encourage you to build your base far from the other bases, and keep it low profile.
