is that true that freelancers (freelancer id) are allowed to use Bretonia Cruise Liner (3500 cargo) and prison liner (3300 cargo)

The ID says allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats. I think if liners were allowed it would also say liners, but maybe they are counted as transports? Its not really clear on the ID.

Liners counts as transports. So yes, you can use those two ships. On a pirate ID too.
