I think you are looking for albedo. Couldn't quite remember, but I knew it wasn't albino Shy

Albedo is how much light is reflected and not absorbed. Doesnt give you info on what directon its reflected tho. For that you might want to look into stokes relations and fresnel equations. Depends on what u need.

Well that's simple, reflection usually runs along a scale from
"pointing out the obvious"
