This message is to inform you that your little base in Orkney was destroyed by the Gallic Royal Navy. I don't care if you're Gallic, but no one builds a base in our systems unless it's authorized by our government.

I'd also like to inform you that the crew and civilian personnel that were stationed at this illegal base were charged with treason and effectively executed upon the destruction of the base.

Let this be a lesson, either get a permit, or witness the destruction of your base.
