I regret to inform you that an Orbital Spa and Cruise vessel tagged OS&C|Capt.Riley intruded into the Alaska system yesterday. My crew and I were able to intercept the vessel near one of our facilities after it apparently avoided Nomad activity in Omicron Minor. I was able to get the captain to put in on said facility and submit himself, his crew, and nearly two thousand passengers to debriefing by your men. I admit a certain level of skepticism about the whole affair, but I leave it to you to sort out. Please note that I do not take the actions of this particular captain to be indicative of the behavior of Orbital Spa and Cruise in general.
