There is none. There are ones, which are among the best.

All usual routes are balanced and bring about 30 millions per hour on 5kers

The best/safest I have found is an inner route. Take Light arms (?) from Detroit to Sugarland, then take passengers back to Manhattan, then basic alloy from there to Detroit munitions.

The whole trip is around 7 lanes long and makes ...dunno. A lot. No pirates there anyway.

I would argue that the best run ever was diamonds/niobium from 84.

But it might have been harris/macduff.

Or, my personal favorite, the freeport7-CRI alien orgs run.

When we experimented with very high value cargo, I really enjoyed the first drafts of the nuclear materials runs.

Well not including ore, I believe Spazzy's version of Wallace Metal Facility had some of the best credit/time runs. NPC, something like Trakais' route is good (although you're running the Rheinland/Liberty embargo).
I used to do Hazmats from Wuppertal to Scarborough, Super Alloy to The Ring, Light Arms to New Berlin, BAs to Wuppertal which is fairly good and inRP (other than the Arms) for an ALG ID.

Wallace is being remade with my permission. Expect getting those routes back.

Always did do the military vehicles from Munich to Harris, but when the trade embargo came about that became much harder.
