Yes, that video card should work well in your system.

As for the "4 pin connection", the video card needs a little more power and requires a 4 pin connection plug that goes to your power supply in order to provide it.

If you buy this video card the best thing to do would be to take it to a computer shop and have them fit it.

They will see that power connection on the video card and *should* be able to find the correct parts to connect it.

Its the 4 Pin Molex connector one actually.
You do have a spare one of those circled in red right there:

The new card is probably not going to perform anything spectacular, but at least its better than nothing.
